Under the direction of the familiar choral director, Ryosuke Hatanaka, the audience will learn to sing Saburo Takada's pieces for mixed chorus, "Mizu no inochi" ("The Life of Water," Kawai Publishing, available at the ATM museum shop "Contrepoint"). We look forward to the participation of many people.

Enjoy the thrill of live performances, as the performers compare the sound of two grand pianos, a Steinway and a Bösendorfer. The Mito Gagaku-kai, which works to preserve gagaku (ancient Japanese court music) and widen its audience, performs in the ATM Concert Hall for the first time.

The concert will feature the talented and promising performers and singers who passed the auditions in February. The MC on May 30 will be Mr. Ryosuke Hatanaka, and on May 31 will be Mr. Michio Mamiya.






Pipe Organ Promenade Concerts
Organ concerts are given in the Entrance Hall ATM on Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and Sundays at 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Each concert will last approximately 20 minutes. On days when other ATM concerts or performances are scheduled, the Pipe Organ Promenade Concert may be rescheduled or canceled. Admission is free.

When tickets remain unsold on the day of a performance, students with valid IDs can purchase them at a discount within one hour of the starting time.
